Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you have agreed to the following that:
I, as an artist- I have the right to turn down your commissions for any reasons.
- I have the right to post or use the finished artwork on my social media account or portfolios unless the client specifically asked not to.
- I have the right to cancel any commissions that violates the terms of service or copyright laws.
- I will retain all copyright over the commissioned artwork
- I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
- I will never use your information or name beyond the payment forms between us, and I will never use it against you unless there is an issue with it or mention it to anyone without your express permission.
You, as the client
- You may use your commission for personal use only, unless discussed prior. If you plan to use my work for commercial use, you must let me know ahead of time so we can discuss potential additional payments.
- You may not claim the commission as your own.
- You may not alter the artwork unless permission from me, the artist, is given.
- You may post the work on your social media accounts, so long credits are added.
- You may not use the commission for any NFT, nor AI purposes.
- You automatically accept that you are paying for a digital product/service, so it’s impossible to get a physical item.
Payment and Refunds:
- Currency accepted only in USD and Php which can be paid via PayPal invoice, Ko-fi, Gcash or PayMaya
- The prices presented are the base prices.
- Commissions is paid at two parts. The first half price upon the initial approved sketch and the second half upon the commission completion.The exception is Ko-fi, then it is paid in full, unless the commission price is too large, then follow instructions above
- You may get 2 major revisions for the sketch approval. More than 2 means paying the first half of the price immediately
- The commission is non-refundable when fully paid.
- Refunds are only given when I am unable to complete your commission for any given reason.
- Refunds may be requested, where 80% is given back only if I had started with less than 50% of the lineart of your commissioned piece.
- Once paid in full amount, the full finished commission will be sent

Prices!
Note: These are only the baseprices. it may differ due to complications such as dynamic pose, lightings or other factors (to be negotiated)Possible Additional Charges:
➥ Additional Characters = +70% to 95% (depends on the type)
➥ Simple/Characters = + 10% to 20%
➥ Additional Prop = + 10% to 20%
➥ Simple Background Details = + 10% to 15%
Commission Instructions
Step 1. Email or DM me your request by filling out the form and we can chat from there.
Step 2. You will be updated when your commission has started.
Step 3. Payments done through Paypal invoices, Ko-fi, Gcash or PayMaya.
Step 4. Validate the sketch work if necessary.
Step 5. If needed or requested, progress shots will be sent. The work-in-progress images will usually include a watermark.
Step 6. The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 4 days to 3 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
Step 7. Once the piece is finished, the artwork would be sent in its full resolution, without watermark.
